Group Training
Strength, conditioning, and skill in one coached hour. Every session is scalable — the competitive athlete and the first-timer train the same workout at their own level, in the same room, pushing each other. You're never left to figure it out alone.
Open Training
Full access to the floor and equipment for members who train on their own plan. The same standards and the same community, without the class clock — ideal for competitors, hybrid athletes, and anyone following dedicated programming.
Biokinetics
A dedicated biokinetics practice run by our resident biokineticist — clinical exercise therapy to rehabilitate injury, manage chronic conditions, and build resilient, better-moving bodies. Separate from class booking, with its own consultation path.
